Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Ex twice unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters met for the usual stare-down, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly happening.
